Oxfam France is an association for international solidarity whose goal is to build a fairer world for all citizens, in which fundamental human rights are respected. It is the French member of Oxfam International, a confederation made up of 14 independent organisations who fight against injustices and poverty, alongside over 3 000 partners in over 100 countries.

Our missions

  Everyone has the right to basic, good quality social services: we demand that every individual have access to health and education.
  Everyone has the right to live in safety: we are fighting to prevent conflict and protect populations.
  Everyone has the right to a sustainable means of subsistence: we work tirelessly to establish more equitable international commercial regulations.

Our convictions

  Poverty and powerlessness are avoidable and can be eliminated by human action and political will.
  It is possible to create lasting change by attacking the structural causes of poverty and the injustices that are linked to it.
  It is the sum of individual commitment within a global citizens’ movement that provides an influential force and motivates real change.
